We’re excited to have you on board! To keep things smooth please read these terms before you book your transfer.
How do I confirm my booking?
Your transfer is officially secured once our sales team has confirmed availability and you have completed the payment via the secure link sent to you. We offer two ways to travel:
- Single Seat: A high-end shared transfer at a fixed price per person.
- Private Group: The entire vehicle reserved exclusively for your party (up to 8 people).
Where will I be picked up?
Since we operate on shifting charter routes, we do not have fixed bus stops. The exact pickup and drop-off locations will be agreed upon individually with our sales team during the booking process. This ensures the most convenient and efficient route for everyone on board.
What if I am running late?
To keep our prices unbeatable, our vehicles must reach their next scheduled charter assignment on time.
Please be at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Our drivers cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss your transfer, the booking is non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are:
More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund
Less than 48 hours before departure: The booking is non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact our sales team as soon as possible.
What happens if the primary charter is canceled?
If our plans change (Primary Charter Dependency)
Our low rates are based on “empty leg” journeys from private charters. If the primary charter is cancelled or changed, we may need to cancel your transfer.
If this happens, here is what we do:
Immediate Notification: We will contact you at once via the details provided in your booking.
100% Refund: You will receive a full refund of your payment immediately.
Please note:
While we provide a full refund, we cannot cover additional costs like missed flights or alternative transport.
We always recommend having travel insurance for unexpected changes.
